Schedule Clean Dallas provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Dallas metropolitan area. Our services include:

• Regular house cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
• Deep cleaning services
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Commercial office cleaning
• Special event cleaning

Service availability depends on scheduling, location, and specific requirements. We reserve the right to decline services that fall outside our capabilities or service area.

Quote Requests:

All services begin with a quote request through our website or phone. We will provide an estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found during service.

Scheduling:

Services are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment via phone or email. Changes to scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

• 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours: 50% of service fee
• Same day cancellation: Full service fee
• No-show: Full service fee plus rescheduling fee

Pricing:

All quotes are estimates based on provided information. Final pricing is determined by actual service requirements, property size, and cleaning conditions. We will inform you of any significant price changes before beginning work.

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• For recurring services, payment is due at each visit
• Late payments may result in suspension of future services

Additional Fees:

Additional fees may apply for services beyond the original scope, including but not limited to excessive clutter, pet-related cleaning, or specialized cleaning requirements.

To ensure effective service, customers must:

• Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements
• Ensure safe access to all areas to be cleaned
• Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items
• Provide adequate lighting and access to utilities
• Inform us of any special requirements, allergies, or sensitivities
• Notify us immediately of any issues or concerns

Property Access:

Customers are responsible for providing access to the property. If we cannot gain access at the scheduled time, standard cancellation fees apply.

We stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee:

• If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours
• We will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge
• This guarantee applies only to areas specifically included in the agreed service scope
• Guarantee is void if property access is restricted or if customer responsibilities are not met

Schedule Clean Dallas maintains comprehensive liability insurance. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not responsible for damage to items that should have been secured by the customer
• Pre-existing damage to property, fixtures, or furnishings is not covered
• We are not liable for damage caused by faulty equipment or fixtures on the customer's property
• Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided

Any claims must be reported immediately and in writing within 24 hours of service completion.

Schedule Clean Dallas is fully insured and bonded for your protection:

• General liability insurance
• Workers' compensation insurance
• Bonding protection against theft
• Commercial auto insurance

Insurance certificates are available upon request. All team members are background-checked and trained in our service standards.

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality:

• All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy
• Team members are trained in confidentiality protocols
• We do not discuss customer information with third parties
• Property access codes and keys are securely managed

Either party may terminate service arrangements under the following conditions:

Customer Termination:

• One-time services: Standard cancellation policy applies
• Recurring services: 48-hour notice required to avoid next service charge

Service Provider Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate service for:

• Non-payment or repeated late payments
• Unsafe working conditions
• Disrespectful treatment of staff
• Property conditions that pose health or safety risks
• Violation of these terms of service

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and promptly:

• Contact us immediately with any concerns or issues
• We will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution
• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas
• Texas state law governs these terms and any disputes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting updated terms on our website
• Sending notification to registered customers
